[SOLVED] Low GPU usage in PUBG ?

Hello i have an issue while playing PUBG.
My system is:
Ryzen 7 1700-
1060 3Gb-
16 RAM 2400mhz

While im playing there is low framerate and my Gpu usage is so low (from 20% to 60%] so my frames are n ot even 70 at very lowsettings (it should be at least 100).
I Have tried almost everything like:

• Updating nvidia drivers,
• Chipset drivers
• Maximum performance (control panel nvidia)
• Maximum performance on Windows
• Have updated Bios
• Clear Install Windows 10 etc etc..

What are your suggestions?

check your bios settings if virtualisation is disabled, by default its enabled, it should be named SVM mode

on first gen ryzen it will cause performance slowdown on windows build 1809 and later as its missing some hardware virtualisation support which windows has to emulate
