Low gpu usage

i have rtx 2070 and i5 9600k but i only get 60% gpu usage in king dome come deliverance..

kind of a weak game for your system so that sounds ok, it just means your system can handle a whole lot more

But the problem is that i am only getting 50-60 fps on high. but when i turn down more cpu intensiv things i got 100+ fps!
