low gtx 970 firestrike score only in windows 7!!

i tried in windows 10,8.1 and my overclocked g1 970 had normal scores(about10.000).but in windows 7 its giving me always 9200-9400.i dont know whats the problem.any suggestions?

i have the latest drivers.i only get low physcs score in firestrike with average 15 fps and in win 10 i get 22 fps average.i dont know what causing this.
