Question Low LOD Bias in all games

Hey, i don't know if i changed any stupid settings or something but all my games suddenly are running with a really low LOD bias (around 5 feet infront of me it goes to low textures or completely disappears if it is small) and aa and shadows seem a bit weird. I've reinstalled drivers to no avail. The games i've tried are Garry's Mod, The Outerworlds, GTA 5, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (2019)

just reset windows and its still happening. any information would be greatly appreciated
