Could someone help me out as far as what would be a good low end, medium and high end build? Its for a church using a program called propresenter which is a performance hog but its kinda like powerpoint. It shows videos and slides on a separate screen. high end could have maybe a 1070 max but i think a 1060 would be good too.

looking for basically: mobo, ram, cpu, cooler, gpu and maybe a mid tower case. The rest of the components isnt a big deal. But those are the main ones that count.

low end: $500-700
medium: 700-1000
highend: 1000-1500

It would be greatly appreciated if someone could help me put a list of components together or help me in anyway with what to get for each of the 3 builds.

oh ok cool. Yea i switched out the u9 for the u12 like u mentioned. I didnt realize it was 95mm fan till u said something and i looked at it and the u12s u mentioned. Yea its a little overkill for sure but thats what they want. Something that will last a long time and not have to be updated again in a year.

This is the ram i have on list but it says quad channel on specs and its 4 x 4gb sticks

But i may go with this since its $2 cheaper and its only 2x16gb sticks and still quad channel. Latency is better on 4 sticks but for what its used for dont think its gonna matter. The ram i got in my beast at home is about the same as this one as far as latency.

the 2x8gb set is not quad channel, 2 sticks = 2 slots = 2 Channels.

I would go for quad channel over speed, you probably won't notice either, but I'd bet if you do notice something it would be the extra memory channels. You'e going X99 may as well utilize all the features.

yea true. might as well use all the features and stuff of the x99 since im getting that. it aint but $2 more anyway. and i should have the slot nearest the cpu empty since the board is a couple steps below mine and it starts on the outside slots then skips a slot then the third slot then skips the slot next to cpu. So i shouldnt have to much of an issue with ram clearance at all.

So i think i got everything that i need to build this listed here. The case is cheap but i think it works for what they need and it already comes with 5 fans in it. And i chose the noctua u12s like u mentioned which should clear ram according to what they said in specs i think. Am i missing anything u think?
