Question Low memory clock

When I startup up my pc and open msi afterburner i see my clock speed on 700mhz and memory clock at 300mhz then I start up my fortnite when I run the game for 2_3mins I get a blank screen please I need help on the cause

Specs: speed 3.40ghz
12gb ram
Core i7 2900
Gtx 560ti
1tb hdd
Corshair cx600m psu
