Question low performance

how can i regain performance from my processor and gpu before this thing happened i was getting above 120 fps now it barely manages to hit above 6

Please could you provide some more info for us to help you find a solution? What has recently changed that is causing the low FPS? Have you tried opening Task Manager (Right click on task bar and select "Task Manager") and seeing if there are any processes that are eating up your CPU/GPU's resources?

Could you also confirm that your display cables are connected into the GPU, and not the motherboard.

i dropped my laptop from 2feet ,
right after this i tried to turn it on to check it out ,is it working fine or not,although lock-screen was visible but my keyboard wasn't working after an hour,it was started to work again just fine
however, performance of my gpu and processor after this thing is all time low
