I have low power CPU (I hear many jokes about its tablet processor)

TDP10 wat
CPU Intel Celeron J1900 4x 1.99Ghz (TurboBoost 2.39Ghz)
GPU Intel HD

I was looking 4 years ago for Geforce 750 (50wat) or Radeon R7 240 (30wat).
On this year we see Geforce 1050 and Radeon RX460 but both 75wat TDP.

Good will be see Radeon RX4x0 for mobile laptop with TDP 35wat that was announce last month.

There is no smaller die RX4x0 than Polaris 11, which is used for Rx460. It was this GPU that is used for 35W cards- most efficient cores are picked, and run on low voltage and slower clocks. AdoredTV demonstrated, that even desktop RX460 can run at ~35W at 850MHz clock.
You said new generation GPUs, like RX460 and GTX1050 are too expensive. In that case, nVidia 730-740-750 cards offer best performance and power efficiency.

I hear about undervolting but read only about RX480 and they have score only 105wat from 160wat default voltage.

I must write about my configuration I use PicoPsu 150wat but DC/AC adapter is only 100wat. CPU use only 10wat idtle 20wat on stress.
But motherboard have only PCIe x16 1mode.

And what choose I dont know is Radeon good option if I looking on DX12 support ?

How much cost will be for Geforce GTX 750 with TDP55wat?
And with undervoltage will it reduce to 30wat?

Oh I am from Europe anyone have GTX 750 for sell

I am confussed. My CPU is not to powerfull for games.
1. When I see other integred GPU like Intel 4600, Iris Pro or Intel HD 5x0 and 6x0 seriess.
I dont know to change motherboard or buy cheap GPU, to power up J1900 in games.

2. Now released Polaris from AMD and Nvidia seriess 10x0, maybe when we see next gen GPU,
750 GTX will be cheaper.

You need to start at the beginning here, your CPU is pretty weak for any newer games, it's about half the speed of an 8 year old Intel Q6600.

If you are looking for a video card you need to list full system specs including case brand/model, power supply (which you listed only later) and what games you are looking to play.

If you are using that CPU and a tiny power supply, you probably also have a very small motherboard and case that won't even fit a video card. Need more details from you.

1. CPU is release date to 2012, but is cheap and low Thermal Design Power, its emblemed

2. I play old games, usualy from Steam Free2Play

3. Power suply its PicoPsu150wat and laptop AC/DC adapter 100wat.
I dont have case so teoretical all video card will fit
