I have a old system though it still works fine. I would like to get a better GPU for it though. But one that will not Bottleneck. I currently have a GT 710 2GB. Is there anything at a reasonable price that is Low profile for it?

You have a lot of choices, old and new. New, the lowest I'd recommend is a 1050, the most is a 1050 Ti.

I wouldn't worry about bottlenecks until you say what you'll use it for. Some games won't stress a 1050 at 1080p, other games will need as much videocard performance as you can afford.

If you were happy with GT 710 performance more or less and simply want a better replacement, the GT 1030 DDR5 is more than enough. It is substantially better than a 710, very small, and uses very little power. You can run less demanding games on it, but it's not really a 'gaming' card.

1050TI, 1050 both available in low profile but two wide. Zotac are the closest to slot length for those really tight installs
1030GT available in low profile single slot, but make sure it is GDDR5, below are some links for reference shop around for the lowest price.
