Low Profile GPU Needed For An Old Office PC

I recently scored an old ThinkCentre M81 (SFF) off of a closing business. It has an i5 2400 and 8GB Ram. I was wondering what my best option for a low profile card would be in the neighborhood of $60-100 would be. So far I keep coming across the 1030 but I'm sure if I can squeeze out a little more performance. This device is currently running Ubuntu 17.10.

If the GTX 1050 is too expensive, the next step down would be a RX 460/560 would be the next step down, but still noticeably stronger than the GT 1030. The RX 550 would be even cheaper and also still a little bit faster than the GT 1030. But the 1059 would be the best of all.
