Low quality power supply?

Im not sure what has happened. I put my computer to sleep and then i came back to find that it was powered off. When i tried to power it on nothing booted up, however, a small white light on the front of the case was constantly on. I have tried the flea power solution, and this did not work. I have a slight feeling it had something to do with my power supply, which was a cooler master rs pcar-13. If anyone could diagnose the problem and or a solution, it would be great thanks

That Cooler Master SERIES is very poor , you are probably right , upgrade to a higher quality PSU.

I was planning on doing so any way, as the cooler master didnt support my r9 380, so I have ordered an antec vp600p

The Antec can run the 380 , no problem.
