cpu : phenom II X4 955 @ 3.2 Ghz
gpu : sapphire 7850 1 GB
Ram : 4GB @ 1600 Mhz DDR3

- no intention to overclock

Pretty overkill if you ask me, but it will run all games at max settings at around 60+fps.

I think you could save a few bucks and get by with 1333 mem on this build unless you plan to upgrade in future.
