Low volume with new Movies & TV player

My DVD rip collection (.mp4 video from merging the .vob folder) plays with very low volume, plays very loud with MPC. I'm using USB speakers, I'm guessing the audio/sound on the mp4 files would be AC3? How could I boost it it Windows to play decently using WMP or the new Win 10 player? Thanks.

So the player is on maxed volume? Also check the volume mixer and make sure that programs volume isn't set to low.

Only on .mp4 video is it too low from speakers, years before I would use AC3 filter to boost it to play like it was intended to. Nothing I've found for Win10 yet except for MPC.
