[SOLVED] Low VRAM

I have gtx 1050 with 2gb of vram.
Can i open programs what needs 4gb vram?

Yes...it just means the program will resort to using system memory/storage to make up the difference...so it will be slower than if you had 4gb on the gpu.

What type of program?
Usually with insufficient amount of vram you can expect some weird effects, which basically make the program unusable.

For example in games you may get objects appearing/disappearing, various visual artifacts, corrupted textures and more.

maybe future dying light 2?

In games vram requirements usually go down, if you reduce resolution and lower graphics quality settings (like texture quality).
Not sure about Dying light 2 though. Haven't tried it.

Here people have reported, it may be possible tune down settings for vram usage to be below 2GB.
