Question Lower AMP than recommended

I wanted to upgrade from RX 7600 to RX 7800 XT. Both from the same brand which is Power Color Hellhound. I just realized that both GPUs on their websites recommended 12V > 62A with different wattage but my PSU is only 54A. My CPU is Ryzen 7 5700X3D with Gigabyte P650B. My PSU wattage may be enough because PowerColor's 750 watt recommendation is when using AMD Ryzen 9 7950X which is a 170 watts CPU but mine is a 105 watts. Is it safe to upgrade to RX 7800 XT?

According to Cultist Network's PSU tier list, my PSU is tier C. Gigabyte P650B. I could not find mine on ZTT's tier list.
