Lower FPS with new GPU

I recently upgraded from a 1050ti 4gb to an RX580 4gb. I used DDU to remove all the nvidia drivers before installing the new ones from AMD. I get lower FPS now then i did before. My system build is
CPU -Intel Core i5 4460 @ 3.20GHz
RAM - 8.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3
Motherboard -BIOSTAR Group TB85
Graphics -4096MB ATI Radeon RX 580 Series (Gigabyte)
Storage -111GB addlink SSD (SATA (SSD))
931GB Western Digital WDC WD10EZEX-75M2NA0 (SATA )
