Question Lower FPS with new graphics card ?

Good day i have problems xD the thing is i upgraded my AMD RX 570 to a new GTX 1080 and now it runs much lower fps ? like the amd one gets around 60fps on medium and the NVIDIA runs around 43 fps even thou changing graphic settings in game still don't change fps ? i have tried uninstall all drivers like using DDU and still dont fix it ? and funny thing is i run like a benchmark to see score diff and amd scored 9800 where die nvidia scored 15000 ? i dont know how tho fix the issue ? already sold my amd one ouch , please help i tried for 2 days .

No from my father pc to min he usaly had 90 frames in average on gtx 1080 and my rx580 was 60 both on meduim settings codwarzone

Okay we did before but seems like a saw the problem looks like when we play different game like call of duty vangaurd high settings it get 120 frames but not on warzone 2.0 is like 47 frames

You have 2666mhz and 3200mhz ram running at 2133mhz.
Go into BIOS and set ram speed to 2666mhz.

thanks didnt notice that hahah but fixed ram now but the issue stays the same fps doesnt get better then 47 at all ;(
