Question Lower score on Cinebench R20?

I had recently tested my Ryzen 5 3600 on Cinebench R20 before I installed my ID-Cooling 240mm AIO and scored 3200-3300 consistently.
I installed my AIO and tested again and scored the same with 8°C cooler temps.
After a while, I tested it again after I sorted my memory problem and somehow my score lowered to the 2800s.
Tested again and still had the same numbers for the next 5 times.
I tested my memory sticks on different slots, but my score never improved.
Does anyone know the cause of this problem?
