Recently I bought a new Zotac GTX 1070 Mini from Scan.co.uk for £300, there were alot of Minis on sale for this price and thought I'd not miss the deal. I was told there wasn't much difference between the 1070 Minis and full size. I recently ran Cinebench trying to test my new score and got a lower score than I got on my previous card (GTX 960) on OpenGL with Cinebench. My scores with the GTX 960 were 70-85 and with my 1070 I just scored 80. I asked my friends what scores they got. One of my friends got a 90 with his GTX 1050 and my other a 152 on a 1080m (Laptop). Have I been scammed or have I installed something wrong?
I also currently have 2 monitors, one a 144Hz 1080p and the other 60Hz 1080p.

Also: I get 70 fps on PUBG at ultra and my friend says he gets the same on his 1060
System Specs:
Ryzen 5 1600 12c/12t
GTX 1070 (960 Previously)
VS 550 ~ Corsair
8GB of RAM
1TB Storage + 480GB SSD

I didn't download them straight from Nvidia, I got them from the disk that came with it. Pretty sure it opened Geforce Experience. I used DriverBooster to check if there were any others that needed updating and that didn't fix anything. I currently can't open Geforce Experience again as it just says it fails to open. Should I try and download them directly from the site?
