Lower this PC build cost?

So I have a PC build in mind, but it is a little expensive. I would like to lower it. The PSU should be Gold rated. I want a Black/Yellow color scheme. I want the same case, CPU, and Graphics card. I would like to lower the RAM, CPU Cooler but still watercooled, maybe another motherboard, but the mobo I have selected has lots of USB ports which I need, and maybe the SSD and HDD. Thanks! http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2f7pnQ Would like to lower it about 200 dollars if you can.

What is the primary purpose of this rig, gaming? Will it do anything else?

And by saying you want to stay with the most expensive parts, you're not giving us any room to work with as we might be able to shave off $20 here and there, but not $200.

Try this...

Saves around $150 and increases your gaming power. I tried to keep as many of your requests as I could, but was forced to make some changes.

Solution
I would avoid the Corsair RM units. While not being amazing quality they are overpriced as well. An EVGA B2 750 should cost the same and is a better unit.

Get a standard ATX baord so the cards are not stacked directly ontop of one another.

Ditch the H55. It's junk. A coolermaster 212 Evo beats it easily and is 2x as quiet. Plus it costs $29.

That SSD is not great. Skip it in favor of a BX100 or 850 EVO.

Is there any way that I can shave off some few dollars off my build? Maybe going to another SSD Brand, a cheaper CPU Cooler, anything?

I dropped it $200 by dropping your processor to an i5-4690k (not much of a hit in gaming performance from the i7, most games don't use hyperthreading) and changing to a hyper 212 evo for cpu cooling, big air is more performance for your dollar than than liquid. I also changed to an XFX 550w, which is a much better unit (and probably puts out more actual watts than the one you selected.)

Unfortunately working within a budget means tough decisions and compromises. But I kept your case, GPU, and your color scheme so you can still have that personal touch to it.

Areas you can save money...

CPU - in gaming, the i7 is no faster than an i5, you could save $100 right there. Or, go with a Xeon E3-1246v3 if you don't need to OC as it gives the same preformance as an i7 for less money.

Cooler - you only need that high of a cooler if you are going to do heavy OC'ing. Many OC'ers have found the CM Hyper 212 EVO to be the best bang for the buck. You might not be able to OC quite as high, but with a good set of fans on it and good thermal paste, it will be close. Or go with a single 120 sized AIO water cooling device like the H75 or H60.

Motherboard - that isn't a high end mobo, so you might be able to shave $30 or so off the price by going with an even lower model Z97, but if you want to keep your yellow/black color scheme, your choices are very limited.

SSD/HDD - not much you can do here. Ya you could go with a cheaper brand SSD, but that would only save you $10-$15.

Video Card - 980's are pricey. Do you have a monitor that can handle it? Might a 970 be a better option now and then add a 2nd 970 later, which would blow away a single 980. If you go that route, make sure you get a 750W or higher PSU.

Case - that's a nice case, but is it worth $50-$60 more than some of the other ATX cases? My favorite budget case is the CM N400 for $50 less.

PSU - the recommendations others have said are for higher quality PSU's at a lower price point.

They are not that night & day, but I think for the money, air is a better option. However, the OP said he wanted watercooling.

Then an h60 won't work either. Get a better air cooler.

Also, the actual CPU matters WAY more than anything else with overclocking.

My 3570k does 4.4ghz on a crappy Hyper t4 (worse than the 212 EVO) at only 1.15v because it is a very good chip. Other people struggle to get their 3570k to 4.4ghz on a $100 water cooler at 1.28v. It all depends on the chip.

So what cooler should I get with my Chip?

DEFINITELY not an h55. That is WORSE than the 212 EVO.

I would get that. Great for the price and will easily get you to 4.4ghz.

Yeah I did want to, but I wanted the case to have the same brand fans. Any better corsair fans?
And any chance of getting a 80+ Gold 650W+ Blue PSU?

Alright and for the PSU, is there another good PSU that is Blue? The Supernova is red
