Lowest TDP GPU

Hello, i am looking for the lowest TDP GPU to pair with my under voltage/Frequency FX8320.

The main use of the system will be as server file/plex media server and remote desktop.
The main objective is to consume as less watt as possible.

PSU is CORSAIR VS350W VS Series

i'm not sure how it'll handle the same tasks. But I guess it's possible. Will it hit the same efficiency? Most likely not. But with the 8core you'll at least be able to hold it pretty well for the tasks. I'm not sure how the downclock will affect the performance overall on the server though.

I just find out they also sell optrons for am3 am3+ boards, what a sweet find.
I guess its possible to transfor my FX to something similar to the optrons

Edit: In fact after looking at them, FX and optrons are very similar
