Idk whats up with my pc but I get like 80-60 fps in csgo with a GTX 950,AMD Athlon 860k, and 8 GBs ram it could be my power supply because I think it has a short in it because if bump the wire the pc will sometimes turn off maybe it not getting enough power idk

Here is my specs http://pcpartpicker.com/list/YyZfHN and sorry I really don't feel like typing.
My pc is getting some pretty terrible fps on csgo it is only getting like 40-60 FPS on max settings. Also I'm starting to think the power supply cable has a short in it because if I barely hit it sometimes my pc will turn off.

A bad PSU won't cause a FPS drop. You should scan your PC with an anti-malware (Windows Defender, MalwareBytes and etc) to see if there is something wrong. Also make sure you have all the drivers on your pc updated.

As far as I can tell my drivers seem to be updated. Do you know of any programs that could help me make sure ?

All of my drivers are updated but while checking that I went under my device manager and clicked on my GTX 950 and I noticed that it says PCI bus 1, device 0, function 0 so I don't know if that's a problem or what.

60 to 80 FPS is not exactly "low FPS".

It might be that this is simply the FPS you are getting. If you don't have a 144 Hz monitor you won't see a difference anyway. I personally didn't actually see a difference between 60 and 100+ on such a monitor anyway....

But on skyrim I drop down to under 30 Fps sometimes

With a GTX950 (which is the lowest tier gaming GPU from it's generation) and AMD CPU I am not exactly surprised. Still, that depends on your resolution but you have a somewhat budget setup.

Well does PCI bus 1, device 0, function 0 mean anything bad
