Lsass.exe deleted, black screen win xp

Hello, Will anybody know I deletet lsass.exe file from windows xp (DONT ASK WHY) and now windows dont let me login. Black screen. Anything i can do to safe data?

You could download a new lsass.exe from HERE and copy it back into your computer.
