Hello, I'm new to PC gaming and have no clue what I'm doing. I was wondering can the CyberPowerPC with these specs run the mod above and GTA 5.
-AMD Radeon RX 560 2GB Dedicated
-8GB memory
-AMD FX-6300
-Windows 10
I dont need for it to be a beast. I just want to run with a stable FPS around 30.
Thanks

Well that system is definitely not worth above $300.

Do not worry about building. Last resort, find someone in your local community who can build and give them $30 bucks for their effort. It is not very hard to build too. I have attached some guides here.

599.99-699.99. I dont feel like I would be able to build my own. I've heard it's easy but I'm not tech savvy. Honestly I just want something that will be around 1080p and 30fps without breaking the wallet

Slightly over, but a MUCH better system than that CyberPower unit. While the PSU may seem on the low side, it will handle this build just fine until you upgrade in the future.
