Question LVD SCSI to modern day system?

I recently got an LTO-2 Dell 110T PowerVault with SCSI LVD 68 pin? as the only output I would like to use it to back up some of my server data (small server for a workstation). Is there anyway to interface this cheaply with my rig? I know it is a parallel system so I'm pretty sure SATA wont work right? Is there a PCI-E or any other common system to work with? I have a few old work stations (2004 era) but no 68 PIN LVD SCSI interfaces that I see. (Im doing this for fun I do have other back up systems in place)

Theres still a few USb to ultrawide scsi adapters out on amazon.

I still have a PCI to SCSI that I used on a SCSI ZIP drive. Drivers probably won't work past XP.
