M.2 Drive not showing in BIOS or on Windows

So I have this old Compaq Mini 311c-1101SA netbook hanging around and I use it to play all the games through emulators. The hard drive is slow as hell so I bought an M.2 drive thinking I could use that as a book and old mechanical drive as the storage.

Once installed I noticed that it's not in the bios and you cannot call it up on Windows.

Can anyone give me some help so that I can get this drive working please or is the drive incompatible with the netbook.

This is the drive I bought for more info.
