Question M.2 extension lead?

Hi, My Gigabyte B550M DS3H has two M.2 slots, one of which is fiendishly placed just under the graphics card, so despite having slapped in a side fan, it still tends to run hot (in the low 40ºC when not doing very much). (The other sensibly placed M.2 slot is also in use by the system drive, otherwise, I would just use that one.)

Surely someone has invented an extension lead so I can extend the M.2 slot and have it dangling in mid-air and not toasty warm under the graphics card? I can find no end of adapters for the PCI slots (which would also obstruct airflow from the graphics card) but these are not what I am after. Any advice thankfully received.

40c for an SSD is fine though.

40c. seems fine. The usual operating temperature is 70c.
So long as there is some airflow over the motherboard, you are ok.
The worst thing that can happen is that the m.2 might throttle when doing continuous reads for >30 seconds .
