M.2 Install Question

Ok so it says if I install an m.2 into the #1 slot (Which i am going to) it will disable one of the sata 6.0 Gb/s ports. I was wondering if anyone can tell me which one it would be?

Yes i did but it didn't explain it really in the m.2 part or the SATA part of it.
