had installed windows on my m.2 NVMe everything was running fine then the computer had shut down and wouldn't boot into windows anymore...it simply does not show up anymore, have put in Windows installation media tried doing a restore, wasn't possible, tried to do a reset and it says that the drive where windows is located is locked unlock the drive and try again? I tried using disk part in cmd but the drive isn't there??

I have the same! But I think that my drive is dead. Can anyone help? MyDigitalSSD BPX 240 GB, Windows 10, Msi z270 sli plus. Disks connected and disconnected, BIOS tried in different ways to set up, has not helped. The last thing I saw this blue screen after the benchmark, then the computer is turned off, and the more I did not see the drive.

Start a new thread.

Mine is the same exact NVMe and I disconnected it and in bios the m.2 genie wasn't there then out it back in and the m.2 genie lit up as an option...my board is the Z170A Gaming M7 from MSI and Windows 10 was installed...I'm not sure if a BSOD appeared but it shutdown and when I started back up it was gone

Also I had no other drives connected when this happened but I do have a 2tb hard which I have now installed windows on so maybe I can find out some more info on what is going on...I'm about to run diskpart again to see if it shows this time since I have disconnected and reconnected

No such luck...drive is still some a here in the unknown lol but it wields me out that when I disconnected from the board it didn't have the m.2 genie option in bios put it back in and it's there...but I don't see anywhere else that it can be detected...

You know I think it's a damn driver issue which I don't understand how it happened in the forest place but idk if it got reverted somehow I just booted into safe mode on my 2tb drive and there's a ton of drivers that are just flat out wrong here including the standard NVMe driver..I'm going to update after installing new drivers

It has yellow sign next to the driver for the NVMe but it says I have the updated driver I have tried to Uninstall and then that's what I got....is there somewhere I can get a updated driver?

Np bud but am out of ideas pretty much. You don't usually have to update drivers yourself which is probably why they arent easy to find. Is it definitely clipped in fully? Have seen several people surprised by how much force it takes to connect properly.

I'm gonna try a few of those error fixes, haven't heard from support from the company or any response to an rma form but amazon will refund me with the money so if I can't get this problem fixed tonight or hear from the company I will just return the item to amazon and either buy the same item or just get the Samsung equivalent...idk if I want to trust another one from mydigitalssd...really at a loss and frustrated because of how much money I just spent and built this computer lol
