Hi Guys,

having a lot of trouble trying to install an m.2 nvme ssd, so I currently have it cloned so windows is installed and everything and it shows up as a drive in my file explorer, but I cannot boot into it? It says (windows boot manager) before both my old hdd and new ssd, but every time I try boot into it I get either a inaccessible boot device error or reboot and select proper device?

I followed all the instructions for trying to boot of an m.2 on youtube videos and google but can’t seem to get it working so any help is great!

my full specs are

i9-9900k
Gtx 1050ti
Msi b365m pro vdh
16gm ram
2 hdd
1 m.2 intel 256gb ssd (this is the one im trying to install)

Hope someone can help please

Thanks in advance

Solution
and yes, been wanting to fully reinstall new os and drivers for a few months and now have a reason to :)
OK, then....do that instead of the clone operation.

OK USAFRet, I think everything is good, my pc booted up all good, freshly installed windows 10, evrything has reset, gonna install a few things then reboot again to test, after the next boot am I good to install both my hdd's again?
