[SOLVED] M.2 slows down

Hello , I don't know if this has been asked but . I got a new m.2 drive(Hikvision e2000 256gb) and it works fine when it's plugged in by itself but when I add my HDD it slows the m.2 down it basically freezes. The MB is a ASRock B450 steel legend , Ryzen 3 3200g. Could it be incompatible ?

test the hdd on another pc? the hdd might be the issue
