M.2 SSD and Hybrid Drive?

I'm building a PC at the moment and I've installed a 120gb SSD in the M.2 slot that I plan on using for the OS to ensure quicker boot times.

I plan on using a Hybrid SSD to store my file, some gaming and the odd bit of photoshop/video editing.

Is it worth spending the extra on an SSD or would the Hybrid work well?

120GB SSD for boot is too small. With prices as low as they are, a larger SATA SSD or a 250GB M.2 would be much better. A 120GB requires too much care to avoid filling it up.
