Question M.2 to pcie x16 adapter power supply

Hello I need help please
I'm trying to find a laptop charger or something that can power a graphics card.
The m.2 to pcie x16 adapter has an 4 pin slot for power but I can't find anything to power it. I found a Dell da-2 Brick that's 8 pin and other people use it for that but I cant find an adapter to convert it to 4 pin. The graphics card will be less than 200 watt

Any help with choosing a graphics card too would be greatly appreciated. It needs to be small and thin around 100-220$. I'm making an emulation machine inside of a new ps2 slim shell. The pc is a MeLe quieter2q that's 8gb ram with a Celeron J4125. I'm going to take it out of its case and put a fan on it and hopefully fit a small gpu in there along with a ssd. I'll be using mountable extentions for all the cords so everything will be mounted flush to the inside of the ps2 case

No I really want something like a laptop brick to go along with the ps2 shellim trying to use

Been looking at a few of them and it appears the pins won't line up. They are just a Lil bit diffrant from the power supply
