What is the difference between M-ATX and m-ATX so far the only difference I see is the dimension.
If I try to install the m-ATX msi B450 Pro-VDH Max on a pc case where I use to have the M-ATX B150M Pro-VD will it be possible.

B450 motherboard: 24.4 cm x 24.4 cm.
B150motherboard: 23.5 cm x 18.0 cm.

If not any better suggestions for Ryzen 5 3600, ripjawsV 16gb ddr4 rams, msi gtx 1060 3gb?

The maximum size of an m-ATX board is 244 × 244 mm. Both those boards fit within the max, so the only difference in M-ATX and m-ATX is one capitalized the letter.

ADD: I'm pretty sure your plan is to replace the B150 board with a B450, which would work into the same case.
