Trying to use the button as my pc isn't posting but every tutorial I see is using a single bios file renamed to msi.rom while my bios file comes with 2 files in the zip, a txt and the file itself.

Scratch my previous question, the txt was just a info doc, however it still won't flash when I try to. I read this thread Here and was wondering how significant the 16gb max is, as I only have a 128gb.

Can you tell us your full system specs including brand and model?

try it. if that doesn't work. partition to smaller size

It specified physical memory in the thread but definitely worth a try, and full system specs are

5700xt
Msi B450 gaming carbon pro AC

Worth a mention that the system worked fine but then it suddenly stopped posting, trying to flash the bios to see if that helps.

You extract the files from the zip and rename the ROM file. Then put the renamed ROM file in the root directory of a FAT32 formatted USB flash drive.

But way more importantly: why do you think this is needed to make your PC post? was it previously? what's changed?

What are your system specs; motherboard, CPU, GPU, memory especially. Also PSU.
