M2 SSD disk too slow

hi, i have a computer with:

-Asus X99-WS/IPMI
-1 Samsung MZ-V5P256BW 950PRO SSD M.2, 256GB installed in the M2 slot
-1 Samsung MZ-7KE512BW SSD 850 PRO, 512GB, 2.5" SATA III

With the samsung magician i get that

the m2 has 832mb/s sequential read vs 3534mb/s of the 850pro
the m2 has 729mb/s sequential write vs 3515 of the 850pro
the m2 has 108973 random read vs 130937 of the 850pro
the m2 has 78300 random write vs 102750 of the 850pro

how can it be? the M2 is slower than the SATA? It should be the opposite maybe.
BIOS looks ok ... what is wrong?

Turn off rapid mode to get accurate readings with the 850 pro. Use other disk benchmarking tool to test your transfer speed such as Crystal Disk Marks

I will do it... In your opinion I will get worse results on the 850pro?

The actual sequential reads and write are 550MB/s and 520MB/s for the 850 pro 512GB.

The 950 Pro should destroy the 850 Pro. Here my 512GB 950 Pro vs my 500GB 840 Evo.

m.2 is PCIe x2 speed. wasted your 950pro

Ouch, yeah you need an x4 M2 slot for the 950 Pro to work at full speed.

So i need a pci card... any suggestion? make sense?
