That board has 2x m.2 ports.
Only one of them accepts a SATA based m.2 SSD.

https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/B360M-AORUS-GAMING-3-rev-10#sp
1 x M.2 connector (Socket 3, M key, type 2242/2260/2280/22110 PCIe x4/x2 SSD support) (M2Q_32G)
1 x M.2 connector (Socket 3, M key, type 2242/2260/2280 SATA and PCIe x2 SSD support) (M2P_16G)

That WD Green m.2 drive is a SATA drive, not NVMe.
Ensure it is connected in the right one.

The USB3 ports on the back panel are not working?

Download current drivers (for everything, not just USB related) from Gigabyte web site, update your system, reboot.

If that's the case, It should be stated in the motherboard manual.
It could be that Windows has not finished installing drivers.
