Question m2 ssd slow

Okay so my m2 ssd is acting weird

sometimes my ssd is at 400 ish speeds and sometimes its at 30 and i would like have 400 for some days then 30 for some days
It's the same on the crystal benchmark.

It isnt ( i was already going ot do it tommrow in the userbenchmark you can also see its not runing in dual channeling
