So I have a msn-sli deluxe board ( am2/am2+ ) with a 4200 am2 processor in it. I upgraded to the X2 7750 am2+ Black ed. but choose NOT to OC it. I was forced to upgrade to the second newest bios since the original one wouldn't even post. After upgrading to that, I was forced to run a windows repair ( lame , is this normal? ) and everything seemed fine. I even was able to VIEW my frequency in windows and in the bios ( this is something many online complained about with this bios ) I have ALSO gotten TWO BSODs but when googling the codes I don't get an error posted online before. The root of the code refers to an issue with a win32 file under the system folder perhaps.

Well, about once every 72 hours the machine will FULLY lock up forcing a reboot. Well, today when it happened I restarted and the TIME said January 1st 2008 and my AV and & AS subscriptions expired ....lol

So someone give me a clue here.....What should I do first?

xp hm Repair? Bios upgrade ( if compatible ) or something else I'm overlooking.

and no, the ram isn't bad.......so I pray....lol memtest86 and prime 95 checked out overnight.
