M5A78L-M LX3 temperature question

I have a ASUSTeK Computer INC. M5A78L-M LX3 motherboard combined with FX-4300 and GTX 760. When I look at HWMonitor I see 2 temperatures in the motherboard section. TMPIN0 and TMPIN1, I was playing and noticed that the temperature of the TMPIN0 rose up to about 60c, but the max temp of the TMPIN1 was about 47c.

The question is, is this dangerous or is this normal? Which one is the temperature that matters towards the max temperature of the motherboard? Thanks.
