Everytime I try to boot my PC, I get the Chassis Intruded Fatal Error. However, when I reset my PC immediately after that, it boots up fine. How do I stop my PC from facing the Chassis Intrusion error in the first place.

My MoBo - M5A78L-M/USB3

Thank you

All PCs are assembled. Was this assembled by you or by a company?

It's a very weird error to be getting. I can't find any reference to a chassis intrusion jumper on this motherboard.

Do you have any reference in the BIOS under security to chassis intrusion as an option?

There's also the possibility that this is being erroneously reported by your PC and it's something else going on. In that case, I'd clear CMOS and try to reset the BIOS settings that way.

Resetting CMOS is a good idea for all sorts of wacky problems. Just last month, I had to reset the CMOS on my main rig because one my cats walked on the surge protector's off switch halfway through booting and then it would turn itself off next boot.

Of course, I then forget to activate XMP and was running my RAM at 2400 MHz instead of 3000 MHz for a few weeks until I realized.
