M5A97 R2.0 Bios Flashback LED

Specs:
Motherboard - M5A97 R2.0
CPU - FX 8320 Eight Core
Graphics - Gtx 760
Power Supply: 750W

Issue: When the power is turned on, for the first second, if the power switch is pressed, the system boots, and everything work perfectly. Windows works, internet, pretty much all programs and software. However, if the power is turned on and then you wait couple seconds, the Bios flashback LED begins blinking, and the computer will no longer even post/fans turn on. This is also the issue when you turn the computer off.
