[SOLVED] Mac restarts automatically ?

i got a pop up on my screen (in multiple languages) that told me my computer will restart automatically and it did, then another pop up came up and said "my computer restarted because of a problem". im using mac os x 10.7.5 and i understand i'm running an outdated version of mac os x but everything is running fine than all of a sudden it restarts on it's own. it said there was a problem but it never told me what the problem was. why did this happen?

Probably just some part of the OS crashed. It happens sometimes. I wouldn't worry much unless it keeps happening.

I have been using MacBook over 10 years, and never encounter this type of issue, but i did get a similar one.
One day, i tried to wake up my mac as usual ( i did not turn off the mac always) , but it seemed that all screens(my IDE, browsers etc) are shut down. This was strange, but when i opened all the screens and they worked well.

So, i believe we can trust macbook even if there is any crash, it can recover by itself.
