Question MacBook Air won't boot?

Hi all,
I have a 2009 MBA. However, when I try to turn it on, I hear beeps. One would play, wait for a bit and then play again. This would repeat again and again and again. Here's a video.
Model Number is A1304.

If it stops at three beeps, it’s likely a RAM issue. This could mean you simply need to replace the RAM or the entire motherboard could have failed.

Before messing with hardware, try to reset the NVRAM and SMC. You can find plenty of articles on how to do this online.

If that fails, I’d try replacing the RAM if you are comfortable with that.

It doesn't stop at three beeps, I just finished the video. It would continue this until I turn it off.
