Hey there again, Alexander!

I really cannot give you any specific recommendations regarding the brands and models. However, I can assure you that almost any SSD would not be able to perform to its full potential due to the SATA II connection.
Yet again, as I previously mentioned, it would still be a lot faster than any mechanical hard drive.
Here's a detailed article from Tom's Hardware that can shed some more light on the matter.

Best of luck! Hope I was helpful.

Welcome to the TH community, Alexander!

You should refer to the manual or Apple's website for more details about the configuration and internal hardware on your Macbook. However, it's most likely to be a SATA II-compatible motherboard. Any SSD would be able to exceed the bandwidth of this SATA 3 Gb/s ( 300 MB/s max) port. Either way, it would be a lot faster than any HDD alternative, but the SSD's performance would still be bottlenecked.

Good luck!

so i better aim on cheap ssd right ? i mean better buy samsung evo and not pro , kingston v300 then hyperX becouse they will bottleneck ? or still the performance will be better even that this is SATAII
