Question Macbook Pro A1707 not reading any usb stick or external drive ?

I just bought a Macbook Pro A1707,the type c port is not detecting any usb stick or external drive but when put it on charge it's working.

can you help me with it ? i just bought it and i need to use it for my project work

While Charging Also it doesnt detect the usb stick and external drive

all type c port is not working
