Macbook Pro Differences across the countrys

Hello there, I'm planning to try (buy) a macbook pro in the near future and I will go with the 13' inch, i5 @2.7 and 256 GB ssd version. I would like to know if I buy it from a another country european or not(I live in Europe), if it will have compatibility or other problems.

The keyboard layout will likely be different. For example, I wouldn't recommend buying a MacBook in France if you want to use it in the UK.

Mine from 2010 says "100-240 V, 50-60Hz". Meaning it'll work everywhere.
