[SOLVED] Machine check exception error

So i finished building a new PC and iwent to boot it and it doesnt even make it to windows before it BSOD's with the error Machine Check exception any ideas on how to fix it?
Cant boot in safe mode either.

PC specs
CPU: I7-9700K
MTBRD: MSI Z390 Gaming plus
GPU: RTX 2070 Super ultra XC windforce
PSU: 1000w PQ EVGA 80+ platinum
RAM: Crucial Ballistix 8x2 gb
Cooler: Noctua DH-15

are you overclocked? remove it if you are
Do you have the latest bios? https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/MPG-Z390-GAMING-PLUS as it can help with this BSOD.

MCE = WHEA error - Windows Hardware Error Architecture. Its an error called by CPU but not necessarily caused by it.

Is win 10 installed or you got the BSOD during install?

Im Stupid, so i did some research and the MOBO that i got had an old BIOS version so i just had to Flash BIOS and update it.
