Machine Check Exceptions

I am in need of some help troubleshooting a Machine Check Exception on my Grandpa's PC.

Specs:
i5-6500 @ Stock Speeds.
2 x 4gb HyperX
MSI Z170A GAMING M3
750W EVGA B2
Asus 970 Strix

We built it back a few months ago and it has been working fine until this week. It will now keep resetting instead of booting whenever I try to run any Os. (boot ssd, windows installation usb, xubuntu usb). It will boot to bios with no issues.

What I've tried:
-Tried a different psu which didn't solve any issues.
-Tried reseating memory.
-Tried with each 4gb stick both test with no success.
-Ran memory86 test on both stick individually and the whole 8gb and none of the test completed. The test would run for a bit then always reset the PC.
-I was able to get these errors when using the xubuntu usb:
Hardware Errors
(That was "Bank 1" that was cut off)

First things first: flash the latest BIOS.

Bios flashed to the latest successfully but still no startup

Disable "Secure boot" in teh BIOS. And enable "CSM". BOth are unde teh Boot section.

What kind of storage are you running? Is that recognized in the BIOS? I'm thinking that something got unplugged somewhere.

Sata SSD. All the storage is recognized and I've checked the connections. Nothing will boot. The SSD with windows 10 installed will boot to the Window logo then the pc will reset. Same for the Windows 10 installation USB and an Xubuntu live usb. Whenever an OS tries to run the pc resets.

Secure boot is disabled and couldn't find anything related to csm.
