***EDIT***

I just realized that the most likely culprit is the fact that MadCatz still hasn't published drivers for this keyboard/Windows 10 yet. There was a miscommunication on their twitter account, and I just caught it. Normally, I'd be more attentive, but I was having this problem on my 8.1 setup, too, so I assumed the issue was the same.

Thanks, anyway...

I've had this keyboard for well over a year and, for the most part, it has served my purposes very well. I like the look of it, the feel of it, and the most basic functions of it. Unfortunately, the most basic functions are all I get...

I'm running it on a Windows 10 64bit machine ("upgraded" from 8.1) and I have never been able to install the drivers. When I try, I get a popup that walks me through the steps. When it tells me to unplug the keyboard from the USB, I do so and click 'next'. When it tells me to reconnect, I do so, but "next" is never clickable after that.

I've tried using every USB port I have, including 3.0 (all of which are properly installed [at least, according to the Device Manager, but feel free to call that into question]), with no luck.

Unfortunately, MadCatz has been no help.

Any and all assistance is appreciated...

Solution
In the event that a driver isn't found to be installing under Windows 10's environment you can take advantage of compatibility mode within 10.
Right click installer>Properties>Compatibility Tab>Windows 7/8 [from the drop down menu]
provided your functionality with the Venom module was active on Windows 7/8.

It seems MadCatz have finally released a driver which has Winodws 10 support:
